Landscape lighting designed around the architecture and landscape. Aimed after dark on your property.
We bring temporary fixtures to your property after dark. You see the effect on your own home and landscape before deciding what should become permanent.
Most people cannot picture lighting from a drawing. Seeing it on the property makes the decision much easier.

Structure comes first. We establish the foundation by lighting the architecture, primary trees, walkways and outdoor spaces that give the property its form. From there, we add depth and detail only where they serve the overall design.
The result is balanced, intentional lighting that makes the property feel complete after dark without appearing overlit.

Drive, walks, entry and key trees near the front of the property.
Structured lighting for the architecture, foundation planting and the main front canopy.
Front and rear landscapes, outdoor living areas, paths, steps and key views throughout the property.
We temporarily light the property so you can see the direction before installation.
We develop the fixture locations, lighting zones and system layout.
You receive a clear scope before installation begins.
Our crew installs and commissions the complete system.
We return after dark and adjust every fixture on the property.
We use solid-brass fixtures, direct-burial cable and properly sized transformers. Hardscape crossings are sleeved so future service does not require cutting stone.
Every system is commissioned at night. We document fixture locations and zones for future service and expansion.
Builders and architects: we can install to plan, document the system and service it after completion.
We started on this property at the end of 2019 and built the landscape in phases. The lighting grew with it.
The system now includes more than 150 fixtures. We still service it and we are still adding to it.
Many of our lighting clients call us back as their landscapes and outdoor spaces change.
